Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing, originated in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. I pursued Reiki in 2020 as a form of alternative therapy, as I have been on a journey of intentional self-reflection, growth, and healing from trauma. I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner, able to provide services in-person as well as long distance. Due to our current global circumstances, I am happy to provide Reiki services remotely through Distance Healing.

Reiki has been reported to reduce the effects of stress, overwhelm, pain, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and even trauma. It can be administered on humans, plants, animals, and is also effective when paired with other therapeutic modalities [i.e. therapy, massage, etc.]. It is focused on internal healing, and the experience brings light to any blockages, imbalances, or wounds within the body's chakra system.

These services typically last 30 minutes-1 hour via Zoom or phone call, and begin with a consultation to discuss any ailments, expectations from the session, and any questions you may have regarding the practice. Once complete, we discuss the experience, any imbalances, and the effects. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water, and rest well before and after the session.

It is not intended to replace medical treatments and should not be regarded as such. It is a non-invasive practice, and promotes holistic wellbeing.
